After lamination, it can leave clear and neat laser marks on card surface. Comparing with other types of plastic films for card body production, it excels in outstanding optical clarity, printability, impact strength and dimensional stability.

2.Polycarbonate PC uncoated overlay Film / PC overlay without coating for Laser Engraved Card- Parameters
1). Size: in sheet or reel, A4, A3 or as per customer requirements
2). Normal thickness in mm: 0.04,0.05,0.06,0.08,0.10
3). Color: transparent without coating on surface.
4). Package method: in reel or 500 sheets per bag/4 bags per paper carton, or as per customer requirements.
5). Storage condition: Sealed, moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃, Keep it horizontally, avoid heavy pressing and direct sunlight.
6). Laser engraving performance: can be laser engraved.

Storage:
Keep package sealed and moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃
Keep horizontally, avoid oppress heavily and direct sun light.
Stacking height should not exceed one meter.
Shelf life: Two years.
Storage conditions:
Ideal storage conditions under 40℃ of room temperature, Ideal RH 40%. Should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation, store in original packing. Film should be conditioned a minimum of 24 hours at ambient room temperature.
Recommended use of material within one year of production date.
