Offset Printing Polycarbonate PC Plastic Core Sheet is specially designed for high end PC card body production.
Comparing with other types of plastic core sheets for card body production, it excels in outstanding optical clarity, printability, impact strength and dimensional stability. It is widely used in such cards as anti-fake IC cards, driving license card, transportation card and passport etc.
General process for making PC Plastic cards :
1. Print directly to the surface of sheets
2. Hot press laminate with PC coated overlay films when the ink dries.
3. Punch out cards from the fused materials.
4. Other art-works, such as embossing, hot stamping, hole punching, screen printing etc.
5. Finished cards.
