Polycarbonate overlay is specially designed for laser engraving feature on card surface. After lamination, it can leave clear and neat laser marks on card surface. Comparing with other types of plastic films for card body production, it excels in outstanding optical clarity, printability, impact strength and dimensional stability.

2. Product Features of Laserable Polycarbonate Overlay Transparent 0.10mm 0.80mm PC Plastic Sheet
Parameters:
1. Size: in sheet or reel, A4, A3 or as per customer requirements
2. Normal thickness in mm: 0.04,0.05,0.06,0.08,0.10
3. Color: transparent without coating on surface.
4. Package method: in reel or 500 sheets per bag/4 bags per paper carton, or as per customer requirements.
5. Storage condition: Sealed, moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃, Keep it horizontally, avoid heavy pressing and direct sunlight.
6. Perfect image of laser etching technology support, apply to identity cards with anti-fake requirements.
